REFUND POLICY


We are truly grateful for all the donations and support for the Roman Catholic Church of Trinidad and Tobago. Whilst refunding donations is unusual, we understand that in certain circumstances, a refund may be necessary.

 Refunds shall be made only to the person who made the donation, using the original method of payment and account.

 In order to facilitate a refund, kindly forward the request via email to Appeal@CatholicTT.org within 10 days of the date of the donation along with the following:

  • Confirmation email of the donation, 
  • Email address provided when the donation was made
  • Your full name, 
  • Your address, 
  • Your telephone number,
  • Copy of one form of valid picture identification (National ID Card, Driver's License, or Passport)
  • Details of your bank account to be credited
  • Short explanation why the refund is requested

Refunds will incur a nominal bank processing fee of $20 and will be processed within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the request. An email confirming receipt of the request will be sent to you.
